What do I receive when I pass the certification exam?

When you pass the exam you will receive your own personalized Certification from DACI. This certificate/certification will be hosted on your own unique URL. From this URL you can download a PDF copy to print and also post your certificate directly to LinkedIn. You will also receive a personal ID License number that employers can used to verify your certification.

Is there an expiration date for the certification or re-certification needed?

No. The certification has lifetime value.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. There is only one upfront payment. This fee covers everything you will need (training, certification exam and support).

Do I receive any CEUs?

Yes. You receive CEUs for completing our program. Please see the program page for more information.

Do I need to buy any additional books or training material for the exam?

No, we provide you with everything that you need in order to successfully pass the exam.

How long do I have to complete the certification program?

There is no time limit in regards to completing the program. You will have lifetime access to all the material.

Is the exam proctored?

No, our exams are completely online.  There is a 2 hour time limit and you can take the exam whenever you’d like.

Will my certification be recognized?

Yes, DACI is a global organization that is trusted by Fortune 500 companies. We train and certify professionals from leading companies such as Deloitte, Disney, Tesla and Amazon.

Does the certification state that the exam was taken online?

No it does not. Many organizations use online programs to certify and train their employees.

Is the instructor available if I need help or have any questions along the way?

Yes, you can reach the course developer via phone or email.
